Scrap tires now being Recycled!

More Info:

Scrap tires no longer have to be hauled off to the landfill. Lunas has started a Tire Recycling Program that ensures these tires are 100% recycled.

Recycled tires are ground to crumb rubber and used in different products such as landscape cover and playground surfacing. Crumb rubber is also being mixed with asphalt and proven to last twice the life than a regular mix of asphalt.

Other crumb rubber applications include:

• Surface material for running tracks and athletic fields

• Streets and highways

• Shoe soles

• Carpet underlay

• Filler for Packaging & much more!
